Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and will be understood for all purposes as an annex. The Privacy Policy applies to all users of CyScope through the website www.cyscope.ch and its services.

The collection of personal identification information of Users received, among others, through the User’s visit to the Website, the contact form, the registration form, and in relation to other activities, services, features or resources that CyScope makes available to the User on its Site, is executed only if the User sends such information voluntarily. The User has the possibility to visit the site anonymously. The User can always refuse to provide their personal identification information with the understanding that CyScope may prohibit them from participating in certain activities related to the activity of the platform.
The collection of non-personally identifiable information about Users is carried out when the User interacts with the Site. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into the system that materially affects the User, it will be notified as soon as possible (in case a breach is detected, CyScope will inform its users within 72 hours ) and subsequently report the measures taken in response.

The personal identification information of the Users will not be used for profit within the context of a sale, commercialization or lease to third parties.

 

CyScope may share generic aggregate demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information regarding visitors and users with its business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes described above.

After leaving the website www.cyscope.ch and its services, CyScope has no control or responsibility of any kind over the privacy regulations or data collection activities on other sites. It makes no representations regarding the business policies or practices of such third party websites.

CyScope reserves the right to change, add or remove parts of the Privacy Policy, at any time, by making the update date public on the Website. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review the Privacy Policy when using the website www.cyscope.ch and its services. The User acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of the modifications.
The User, declares to have read, understood and accept all the conditions established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Policy, prior to their registration as a User of CyScope. Their continuous use of the Site after the posting of changes to this policy will consider their acceptance of those changes.
